The SAT is in the news again – and it’s not good news. The test given in August of 2018 was previously used, and released, in China and some other international locations. As a result, some students who took the SAT in August found they had already seen and studied the test. These students had no intention of cheating, but their scores were much higher because of the College Board’s poor planning. Because of all this, a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all the August test takers.
